Since a young age, I had struggled with different health symptoms that never fully made sense together, they thought it was just my neurodiversity or that I just needed to sleep better or create more structure in my life.

I was dealing with:

Is this a medical program?

No. The Inner Rhythm Method is a holistic wellness and coaching program. It is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have acute medical concerns, please consult your doctor. This program is designed to work alongside — and support — what your body already knows how to do. This will dive into topics that doctors will never learn inside their medical degree.

What if I’ve tried everything already?

That’s actually exactly who this is for. If you’ve tried protocols, supplements, and healing modalities but still feel like something is missing — it’s likely the foundation or not looking at it from a broader perspective. This program goes deeper than surface-level fixes and works with the root cause: physical, emotional, energetic and mental.

How much time do I need each week?

This is designed to fit real life. The bi-weekly calls are 90 minutes. Outside of that, the practices are designed to be integrated gradually — not to add another overwhelming to-do list to your week. We start small, build gently, and prioritize what’s sustainable over what looks impressive. It’s all about honoring your own capacity!

What if my energy is really low right now?

This program was built for exactly that. We begin with the root and foundation precisely because we know that many of the women entering are depleted. You don’t need to be well to begin healing. You need a safe place to start.

How long is this going to take to have results?

It’s possible to have results in weeks or even days. But real progress, that will benefit you for the rest of your life, will take time, intention and support.

What are your credentials?

I hold a bachelor degree in Nutrition & Dietetics (a four year degree), I can call myself thereby a dietitian. Next to that I am a certified breathwork instructor and a certified hormone & cyclical coach.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes. Payment plans are available — you can ask about this on your free call. We can definitely make it work in some way!

When does it start?

The Welcome Call is on April 9th. The program officially begins April 13th and runs through July 5th, with a Closing Call on July 7th.
